We currently ship to Perth WA Australia metro areas only.

At this stage, Luxe Decorum provides standard shipping services within Perth WA metro areas only. Customers outside this delivery zone may contact us to request a custom interstate shipping quotation.

Interstate Shipping Requests

Interstate shipping requests require a quotation before the order can proceed. Once the quotation is prepared, it will be sent to the customer for review and approval.

If the quotation is approved by the customer, the product will leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days from confirmation of the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order has been confirmed and dispatched, interstate delivery may take approximately 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and any external delays outside the control of Luxe Decorum.

Damages or Irregularities

Upon receiving the product, the customer is requested to inspect the item carefully and contact Luxe Decorum immediately if there are any damages, faults, or irregularities.

If any discrepancy is not reported within 3 days of receiving the items, Luxe Decorum will not hold any liability for damages, irregularities, or issues reported after this period.
