Solid Ash Wood Frame: Dust regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning.

Keep the chair away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity to help prevent fading, drying or movement in the natural timber.
Fabric Upholstery: Vacuum gently using a soft upholstery attachment to prevent dust and dirt build-up.
Attend to spills immediately by blotting gently with a clean, absorbent cloth. Do not rub, as this may spread the stain or affect the fabric.
For deeper stains, we recommend professional upholstery cleaning or a suitable fabric cleaner after testing on an inconspicuous area first.
Avoid placing sharp objects against the timber or fabric.
When moving the chair, lift rather than drag to protect the frame, joints and flooring.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident with your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Approved change-of-mind returns are offered as a store credit or exchange. If exchanging for another product, any difference in price will be payable or applied accordingly.
